1. When do they ship to me?
Our fall sale tubers will ship in the spring of 2020 when temperatures permit. We will use our discretion when we feel we can safely deliver your tubers, but not to worry we will give you lots of notice until then they are stored safely in our tuber storage facility. Please note, you will be asked at checkout to confirm you are aware of our shipping policy.
2. Do you ship outside of Canada?
Unfortunately, we do not ship our tubers outside of Canada.
3. How much does it cost for shipping?
We are pleased to be able to offer FREE shipping for orders over $179.00 before tax. For orders less than $179.00 it is a flat fee of $18.00 for anywhere in Canada.
4. I want certain varieties, how do I guarantee I get what I want?
Simply placing the tuber in your cart does NOT guarantee it will be available at checkout. Our inventory system will commit the tuber to you, when you complete your checkout. Until you complete your check out, the item is available for other shoppers. If there is a variety you want please shop early to avoid disappointment.
5. What if the one I wanted was sold out when I was shopping?
If you missed out on a dahlia tuber variety you wanted please, be sure to click the "Notify Me" button on any "Sold Out" product that you are interested in. When we have fulfilled our commitments from this promotion and we find we have overstock of viable tubers we will place them back on the store in the spring of 2020. If you have entered your email address you will be the first to be notified when it's back in stock.
6. Can I combine orders over the sale period to get free shipping?
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders for shipping purposes. All orders under the $179.00 before tax threshold will be shipped at the flat rate of $18.00 anywhere in Canada
